 WE HAVE A BRAND NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR THE STUDENTS AND FAMILIES OF FOUNTAIN FORT CARSON SCHOOL DISTRICT 8. Register your child from the convenience and comfort of your home.
CLICK HERE TO BEGIN. To register your child, you must provide the following information/items to Fountain Fort Carson High School at the time of enrollment. Your student must be present with you during the enrollment process. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
All students must present their birth certificate at the time of enrollment.
IMMUNIZATION RECORDS All students must present their shot records at the time of enrollment.
PROOF OF RESIDENCE (even if you were previously enrolled in a D8 school) Please furnish the following: escrow paperwork or lease agreement; most recent gas, electric or water bill.
WITHDRAWAL GRADES
If you are entering any time other than the beginning of the school year, you must provide a withdrawal form from your current school.
